There is no book value for a car that exists three times.
Most vehicle finance rests on a published figure. A list price for a new
car, a trade guide for a used one. Neither exists here in any form a
lender can lean on. A Zonda Tricolore was built three times. The Huayra
Epitome was built once. There is no comparable, because there is no
population to draw one from.
So the advance is set against a valuation of the specific car, and what
decides that valuation is the paperwork: build sheet, ownership chain,
factory correspondence, service history through Modena. On a car of this
kind the documentation is not supporting evidence for the value. It is a
substantial part of the value.
This is specialist lending, arranged with no minimum advance, for a
company or for you personally. No manufacturer scheme covers these cars,
and the mainstream lenders that quote on supercars will not write a
facility against a run of three.
